        candle, within 1 business day of payment and usable artwork. Up to 5 revisions are included, and nothing
        is poured until you approve. We ship 2 to 4 business days after your approval. Orders over 500 are a
        production run, so we agree on a date with you before anything is made. Want to hold the real thing first?
        The sample kit above is a real printed candle, not a screen proof.

      
Custom and private-label orders are made to your approved proof, so they are not returnable for a
        change of mind. If what arrives differs from the proof you approved, or arrives damaged, send us a photo and we
        remake or refund the affected candles.
        By sending artwork you confirm you have the right to use it.

        Most gift companies are a website in front of somebody else's factory, which is why
        they answer a date with a range. Ours comes off our own bench in Orange, California,
        where we melt the wax and print the labels ourselves — so when you ask whether it can

Questions we get

      

              Can I put my logo on it?
              
Yes, and it costs nothing. Send a logo, or a rough one and a direction, and we set the label for you. You see a digital proof within one business day and nothing is poured until you approve it. There is no setup fee and no plate charge, at twelve or at a thousand.

            

              What happens when I run out?
              
Your label stays on file, so a reorder is a quantity and nothing else. If your details have changed, say so and we reset the label before the run, again at no charge.

            

              Can you ship straight to each person?
              
Yes. Direct-to-recipient is $12 a parcel and it leaves our floor, not a warehouse. Shipping the whole run to one address is free within the 48 contiguous states.

            

              How long does it actually take?

              Which scent is the safe choice?
